Each stadium, ranging from 90,000 to 120,000 ft.² and built with a budget of $600/ft.² or ~$54 million, is designed to serve as the official home for internationally acclaimed professional esports teams.   • Michael Williams

    Chief Visionary Officer

    Michael Williams is a legendary video-game developer having produced, directed and/or engineered over 27 hit video games (each selling over half-a-million units) including milestone titles such as the first massively multiplayer online game, the first online console game, the first online console community, and the first virtual currency system among other accomplishments. Michael Williams is a serial entrepreneur having founded and led fifteen startups including Tremor Entertainment, Unrivaled Entertainment, Planetwide Media, and CodeFire. His most recent role was CEO and Owner of GameWorks, the large-scale chain of family-entertainment centers originally founded by Steven Spielberg.

  • Gerome Seeney

    Chief Operating Officer

    Gerome Seeney is an entrepreneurial senior operations leader with over 15 years of experience in the location based entertainment industry spanning creative and operational direction for organizations of diverse sizes and developmental stages. As a hands-on, integrity-driven operator, Gerome balances an aggressive drive for performance improvement with an energizing servant leadership style to empower teams and bring out the best of each individual contributor. Gerome’s experience includes various District Manager roles for Chuck E. Cheese Entertainment and Johnny Carino's, as well as a highly successful run as a Manager of Training and Development at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. He recently served as COO of GameWorks, where he oversaw the rollout of Esports Lounges across multiple locations.

  • Kate Raphael

    Chief Information Officer

    Kate Raphael is a trailblazer in the world of high-tech customer service management, with a career spanning over 15 years. She began as a multiplatform certified technician, working to deploy IT systems for local municipalities, where she developed a keen understanding of the technical complexities of implementing large-scale technology solutions. Kate's technical expertise and passion for customer service led her to join some of the world's largest tech companies in a technical training capacity, where she honed her skills in developing and delivering technical training programs for customers and employees alike. In addition to her technical background, Kate has also studied demography and is a passionate data scientist. She is particularly drawn to the analytical aspects of data science and believes that the modern innovation of "Big Data" is, at its heart, a study in customer service, employee relations, and what motivates people.

  • Christian Larson

    Chief Compliance Officer

    Christian Larson is an attorney with 17 years of experience counseling small and large companies in various industries. He is highly skilled in legal and contract writing, research, due diligence, and compliance. Throughout his career, he has worked on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and real estate finance, private securities, and regulatory compliance matters. Mr. Larson is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to draft comprehensive legal agreements. He is also a skilled communicator and known for his ability to build strong relationships with clients. Mr. Larson earned a JD/MBA from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA.

  • Jordan Rambis

    Jordan is an entertainment, video game, and esports executive and entrepreneur. Previously, he was Head of Business Development for aXiomatic Gaming, the parent company of Team Liquid (1st in global prize pool winnings) which invested into Epic games (Fortnite) and Niantic (Pokemon: GO), and received investment from 30+ noteable investors including Disney, Michael Jordan, Tony Robbins, owners of AOL, Warriors, Dodgers, and Groupon.

  • J. Mark Hood

    A computer game developer for over 25 years, J. Mark Hood held roles as Lead Programmer, Systems Engineer, Development Director, General Manager and eventually Senior Vice President and Business Unit Manager of one of the World's largest PC Game Developer/Publishers. (Sierra Online, Vivendi Games) An Entrepreneur at heart since the late 80's, Mark CoFounded the Alder group to bring a novel computer language to the Amiga, Capital Entertainment Group, the industry's first production company, and Reality Gap (microcurrency/MMO).

  • Jon Burton

    Jon Burton is a multi-talented British video game designer, writer, programmer, and director. He is best known for his work on the Sonic the Hedgehog series and as a producer/director of movies in the "Lego" franchise. In addition to his work in video games, Burton has made significant contributions to the film industry as a producer and director. He has worked on a number of films in the "Lego" franchise, including The LEGO Movie, LEGO Batman, and Man Down. These films have been widely acclaimed for their creativity and humor, and have helped to establish Burton as a leading figure in both the gaming and film industries.

  • Paul McGuire

    Paul founded Konex AV Inc in 2007 as a Low Voltage contracting firm specializing in home automation and commercial integrations. Paul set out to create relationships with strategic partners in finance, real estate, and technology to produce a culture of success with every Konex AV project. The solutions designed and provided by Konex AV are specifically tailored for custom built residences, food & beverage establishments, hospitality, professional offices, live sound, and house of worship applications.
